Privacy Notice
Last updated: [date of publication].
This notice explains how AYUS Capital handles personal data when you visit ayuscapital.com or contact us. We have kept it short and specific to how this website actually works.
Who we are
The controller of your personal data is [Legal entity name] (“AYUS Capital”, “we”). Our full business details are on the Legal information page. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry: your name, company, business email, company website (optional), business type, the services you are interested in and the description of your requirements.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- When you visit the website: our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other websites.
Please do not include sensitive information or documents in the form. If we need documents later, we will agree a suitable way to share them.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, advertising or tracking. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, and we do not embed third-party content. Our hosting provider may, in rare cases, set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site against automated abuse.
Why we use your data, and our legal basis
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your requirements, which are steps you ask us to take before any engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To run, secure and understand the use of our website, and to keep a record of business correspondence, which are our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations where they apply (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we never sell it.
Introductions to financial institutions
We only share your details with a bank, payment institution or other provider after we have discussed a specific introduction with you and you have agreed to it. That provider will then handle your data under its own privacy notice.
Service providers we use
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, protects it against attacks and provides cookieless visitor statistics.
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India) delivers inquiries from the form to our inbox. It runs automated spam checks on submissions and keeps a copy of each submission for 7 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our business email, where inquiries and correspondence are stored.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and India. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not develop into an active business relationship are deleted from our mailbox within 12 months.
- Copies held by our form provider are deleted automatically after 7 days.
- Correspondence with clients and partners is kept for as long as the relationship requires, and afterwards only as long as legitimate business needs or legal obligations (for example accounting rules) require.
- Website technical data processed by our hosting provider is retained under its own short-term security and logging practices.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to provide it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
